  • Exhibitors & Partners are responsible for their belongings, booths and merchandise. ATWS will not be responsible for anything lost or damaged including costs to booth-builder/hotel for additional fixtures.
  • Registration cancellation is subject to cancellation and processing fee of 35% and must be done in writing via bookings@awtsummit.com, 45 days prior to the summit.
  • AWTS, TLM & partners are not responsible for the provision of insurance to the exhibitors & delegates.
  • AWTS & TLM conference are photographed and recorded. By attending, you grant AWTS & TLM permission to use your image, video, and audio in their materials. If you prefer not to be recorded, avoid filming areas.
